ABOUT
My philosophy of movement
From a young age, sport has always played a major role in my life. Over the years, football quickly emerged and became my favorite sport.
After training in Swiss elite football, I was lucky enough to sign my first professional contract at 19, thinking I had achieved one of my biggest dreams.
I quickly realized that football, despite my love for the sport, wasn't allowing me to fully develop. I was missing something. That's when I took a decisive turn, moving towards a more holistic approach to movement.
Inspired by Ido Portal's work, my vision of the body and movement has completely changed. The goal is no longer simply to master a discipline, but to develop a body and mind capable of adapting, evolving, and performing in multiple contexts.
Since then, I have continued to expand my horizons by participating in workshops and meetings led by those who inspire me.
Each experience strengthens my passion and my desire to learn more and more, to pass on more and more.

ABOUT
Well-being of seniors
Journey with the elderly
It all started with my grandmother, training her little by little, I was surprised how much it was possible to improve your physical skills at any age.
This experience made me want to train further in this field.
I have been following the residents of the Landeyeux home for three years now in terms of mobility, as many years that I give private lessons for seniors.
I discovered that I could actually contribute to their overall well-being, helping them feel better about their bodies while fostering stronger and more fulfilling social connections.
Combating social isolation
Today, social isolation is one of the major challenges facing our seniors.
Its effects go far beyond loneliness: it seriously impacts their mental health, promoting disorders such as depression, as well as their physical health, reducing their mobility and energy.
Promoting physical activity as a solution
Adapted physical activity is an essential solution to improve the quality of life of seniors.
Not only does it strengthen their body, but it also becomes an opportunity to create moments of sharing and exchange.
It is through these moments that I wish to contribute, by offering seniors a way to stay active, connected and fulfilled.
